SUBJECT: External Legal Training
1. This office is faced with an increasing number of problems
relating to coordination with the United. States Attorney's office in
the prosecution of crimes against the United States. These problems
are of increasing complexity and importance.
2. Mr. George Morris Fay, former United States Attorney for the
District of Columbia, is presenting a course detailing this area of
legal activity at the Lawyers' Institute of Continuing Legal Education,
The Catholic University of America. I wish to have a member of this
office, attend this course which is
given on Tuesday evenings from : O to 10:00 p.m. I believe that it
would be appropriate to have the fees ($40 for the course and $5
