Referenced attached memorandum. Amendment of original
approval for training funds is hereby requested. Because of a
temporary overseas assignment, Mr. -was unable to enroll
in the course at the stated time. A comparable course
(advanced Chinese) is now being offered at Georgetown for which
he is eligible. Approval is reques to amend original
authorization by increasing it t $2OO hick is the present
charge for tuition and related fees.
