the Berlitz School in Washington commencing upon the aye ?roval of
this request, and that the cost for such training, approximately
250.00, be paid from confidential funds. will take 25X1A9a
as much private instruction as '?>250 r~ 11 allow which will be
approximately fifty hours to be extended over a period of two
months .
2. In the performance of certain duties in his proposed
assignment, knowledge of the language is essential.
