REFERENCE: Memoranda to CFD, dated 7 May 1951 and

1. The reference memoranda delegate authority to ap-
prove travel requests on behalf of ADPC to the Acting Chief
and Deputy Chief, Administration and Logistics Staff; the
Chief, Budget and Analysis Division and the Chief, Budget
and Fiscal Branch.
2. In addition, the authority to approve travel re-
quests on the behalf of ADPC is hereby delegated to the
Budget Planning Officer, Budget and Fiscal Branch
