All requests from d?par tmental intelligence agencies i~rill be transmitted trirough noriral channels. to the Office of Colleoti?on and Dis- semination. Translation requests tvi11 be honored in the follov~ing order of priority: a. Translation of intelligence material which is in the interests of na';ianal security and requested by CIA offices. b. Translation of intelligence material which is in the interests of national security requested by depart- mental intelligence agencies. c. Translation of intelligence material required by departmental intelligence agencies for their intelli- gence needs. d. First consideration shall be deadlines and degrees of urgency stated by requesters. ~.
