is seems, to me that it would probably be
very helpful for Ageacy officers to have at hand a ready reference
an approval authorities. I would think that this should include all
the various projects, proposals. and recommendations which re-
quire submission to the Office of the Director or to a Deputy
Director for approval. It should note whether approvals may or
may sot be delegated, and, if they may be, to whom.
May I have your reaction to this suggestion.
