SUBJECT : Release of MKULTRA Documents on 2 August 1977
1. On 2 August 1977 the first release of the financial
records relating to M?ITLTRA Subprojects 1-11 were released
to the following requesters:

of OTS, we found it difficult to determine

the following areas night receive some elaboration or dis-

a. Study of numerous plants to determine their
activities as agents affecting the central nervous
system of human beings.
b. Preparation of a handbook by a magician for
operational use of magic or slight of hand in the
