for the Record describing the Comptroller Meeting on 27 June 1978, together
with copies of the vu-graphs used to lead the discussion.
2. (S) As agreed at the meeting, an allotment advice has been issued
to cover requirements of your Directorate through the fourth quarter of
FY 1978. The amount of the allotment was derived as follows:
