MEMORANDUM FOR: Acting Secretary, CODIB
SUBJECT: Activities of Emergency Planning Working Group in FY 1966
Two formal meetings were held during the year. The paper on Dispersal
of Collections of Finished Intelligence was entirely rewritten and issued as
CODIB EP-D-2, 15 February 1966. It lists 61 locations outside the Washington,
D.C. area that have significant collections. All locations are shown on a map
that accompanies the report. The Working Group has been handicapped by the
shortage of hardened sites and by the relatively low priority that this subject
carries among officials responsible for allocating resources.
