1. Installations near Kragujevac:
a. Underground special explosives factory
On the main highway between Kragujevac and Svetozarevo, about
2 km. from the outer limits of Kragujevac, there is a road
leading from the highway into a heavily wooded area which is
surrounded by a barbed wire fence and guarded by armed guards.
Only persons with special passes are permitted to enter the
area. Inside the area there is a military factory,with about
100 employees - workers, technicians, officials, which pro-
duces "special explosives" /not further described/, and which
is completely underground.
b. Mobilization Storage Depot
From the center of Gornja Sabanta, there is a road, currently
under military control, which leads to the village of Ratkovic.
About 1 km from the center of this town, on the right, a --

military road branches off for about 2 km. to an area w0,9)S1
are located the military storage depots.
they were visited frequently, at least once and sometimes
twice a month, by "high" officials from Kragujevac or Belgrade,
Transports to and from the depots always took place at night,
with military police escort.
