The headquarters of the Sedond Border A=W Brigade are sheltered
since its activation (date unknown) whithin the city of SARANDE,,
in an old house, 2-story, of about l5x7x8 m. dimension, built of

Training of border axmy regular officers.
In the city of TIRAM there is a border ainy school called "Officers
Academy" of the linistry of Interior., TIRLM
on the needs of the Border Guard Amy.
Students _ register to school this every two years. Preference ia given
to privates who have served or ~ serving as privates, reserve or regulari
N.C.O.s in the border army.
Candidate students should have the following quW=cations:
- Be graduates of "Unike" a-year school.
- Be members of the party, or children of members of the party.
- Be children of persons awarded for party activity

The draftees of the barder army, 10 days before they are recruited, they
pass an examination begore a cm-aittee. This committee is composed of one
doctor, two representatives of the party, one officer of the branch of
internal affairs, one officer of the recruiting service of the borderarmyo.
This committee is usually established in the recruiting office of each Rreth
