Vessel was a converted merchant ship, painted grey, with one funnel and accommodation built up rocold the funnel. 2, On 2nd November, 1956, a submarine entered harbour and proceeded up stream. The motor engines,whioh could be easily heard, were spluttering badly as if they were giving trouble, Particulars as follows:-1 W. 2nd November, 1956, H. Proceeding up harbour at KLAIPEDA, Y?
