Model B - 3 differs from Model B - I in such a way that it is provided with attachments
for making colour striped hose with elastic top.
The colour stripe pattern is accomplished by means of a colour pattern drum and yarn
changing fingers, it enables the knitting of a large variety of horizontal striped pattern.
The colour pattern drum is mounted above the. main pattern drum, latter being common to
all Model B machines. For cutting the pattern yarns, an automatic cutter is fitted to the
colour pattern drum.
The machine is arranged with six yarn changing fingers for patterns in horizontal
stripes of five different colours.
An elastic lay-in attachment is provided for insertion of rubber yarns in elastic tops.
These elastic tops insure comfort in wear and will fit snugly to the leg.
Model B-3 embodies our latest improvements and designs and is worthy of recom-
mendation. Besides, it produces colour striped hose which is well in demand in various
countries of the world.

This machine is a multi-feed, circular spring needle knitting machine designed for
producing cambric fabrics, common tissue or different weight of cotton flannel, and also
plain colour immitation of camel hair fabrics. Equipped with additional pattern attachment,
the machine can produce many different kinds of fancy knitted cloth. The machine is
equipped with automatic take-up and rolling up of fabric as knit. Take up is suspended on
ball bearing over the center of the cylinder and is constructed for variable production of
fabric. Fabric stop motion is applied to each cylinder.
The machine can be arranged for individual or group drive. A positive clutch is
provided on each cylinder facilitating starting of the machine.
.Machines are built in two table sizes, A and B respectively, with two cylinders
installed on the same table. Cylinders are available in two ranges, viz., for table size,
A-16" to 20"; B-24" to 30". According to the cylinder diameters, 3 to 5 feeds are
applied to each cylinder.

This machine is so arranged that it can be driven either by hand or by power. It
is of sturdy construction and has a high production capacity. The knife is automatically
disengaged at its highest positicn. The knife holder is provided with double side connecting
rods for diagonal cutting. The height of the table can be adjusted to avoid under or over
cutting. The back gauge is adjusted by means of spindle and crank. The pressing beam
is operated by a hand wheel. For power drive, an electric motor of 11 H. P. is required.
Starting and stopping of the machine are effected by a coupling clutch operated by a hand

This machine is especially suitable For large Factories desirous of having a modern
machine of high output. Clamping of the material, cutting and raising of the knife take
place automatically. The automatic clamping device acts immediately after the machine has
been started; it transmits pressure upon the full depth of the pile. Mechanical forward and
backward movement of the back gauge are controlled by a lever. The exact distance
between the knife and the back gauge is indicated by a cutting space indicator which, in
conjunction with the side gauge cn the front table, facilitates feeding and ensures perfect
square cut. The main shaft is equipped with a multi-disc clutch, by means of which the
cutting pressure can be regulated. The machine is driven by an electric motor, all driving
belts being effectively guarded.

This rotary press is capable of printing newspaper with a daily circulation from
50,000 to 100,000 copies. The construction has been carefully designed with due con-
sideration of the large dimension of the cylinder of 4-plate width. It is both easy to
install and to dismantle. Every part is so designed as to simplity the operation.
This Rotary Press is composed of two printing units and a second colour unit which
is fixed on the top. The oil ring lubricated bearings of the cylinder are completely enclosed
and fitted with an eccentric mechanism for adjusting the center of the shaft to ensure
printing accuracy and correct pressure. Its main drive comprises of a 35 h. p. A. C. ccm-
mutator motor with push button ccn'Lrol for speed regulation. To stop the rotary press, an
electromagnetic brake is provided.
This Rotary Press is equipped with a tapeless double folder and one of 450 turning
