by telephone from Moscow by asking for "Mozhaysk - Don".
4. Captain Yevgeniy Mikhaylovich Sklyarovl is believed to be
in charge of the Transport Section (PKP or PKTs) of the depot;
this includes both rail and road transport services.
5. During the first half of 1961 an accident occurred at
the depot in which two persons were killed and four others
wounded. Two civilians were allegedly using steel brushes for
cleaning, a spark was struck, and a conventional shell exploded.
A small fire resulted, but it did not spread owing to the thick
walls which separate the ammunition workshops from each other.
6. In the Mozhaysk area there is another, separate depot,
which is subordinate to the Ammunition Supply Directorate of the
Chief Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Antiaircraft
Defense (USB GRAU PVC).

The same source later reported that
Sklyarov was tranferred to Rybinsk
