'1. Although it has not been officially announced, some government institutions have
stopped paying the high-cost-of-living bonus to residents of Sofia. This special
bonus amounted to 10 percent of the basic salary and was paid to residents of
Sofia only.
2? The special bonus.of six.leva per person per month for bread has also been
abolished.
