CHINESE COMMUNIST ACTIVITIES IN THE UNITED STAT
A Chinese informant of unknown reliability has sported the
eip of information from Hong Kong through a "Chinese Secret Society
Grapevines that Russia through;. LIU Shao-chi, Vice Chairman of the Chinese
Copaaatunist Party, is engineering a tremendous buildup of men and, equipment
in Kom and Indo-China to be used coincia t with a sneak attack on the
United States similar to Pearl Harbor. The informant in this matter
Claimed that the sour** who initially furnished this information to him
had predicted the Pearl Harbor attack several days prior to its occurrence.
