Lt. Pennington, Aide to General Lemnitzer, for the Deputy Director

restricted to War College students c.nd the staff. The Deputy
Director etas invited to remain for lunch ~~:~ith Gen. Lemnitzer,
staff officers and one or two of the cam;~ittees for . informal
discussion. The Deputy Director. stated he v~ould need no visual

rubber; advised that the study ha.d been delivered to the Director.
