Col James Delk called on 15 April. Captain Tom Rodman called 21 April. I told Capt Rodman that General Walters did not need any direct support from them, that he would be staying in San Francisco and driving to Sacramento the morning of the 5th. I said that due to the expected large audience, we would have a security man get in touch with the local forces. I said I would also give our people Capt Rodman's phone no. and perhaps they would touch base with him. Col Delk & Capt Rodman are in same office.
