We will be pleased to consider your son for whatever openings we have commensurate with his background and experience. I should point out, though, that personnel strength reductions over the past few years have greatly limited employment opportunities. Our needs are restricted primarily to new clerical employees and those applicants with technical skills of a very specific nature. P`_y marriage with his mother was the first one celebrated after the landings. Ht has been with us here in England for a couple of years, with his two smc+_11 daughters, after the breakup of his marriage. He has had several jobs, but their scope and possibilities have been so limited because of his xmerican citi- zenship, although his mother is British. He has a proven background in PR work, in editing &. Publishing in the States, as well as similar work both in West Germany & England. He completed his military service, receiving a Secret clearance while serving with; STA Where I failed to be selected for your Agency in 1955-19F6, I STA 7n o -wsee tha at ieust "two strikes" against me - an 11inglish wife &; my Army bacground. So, Allen Dulles could also easily cite STA 1_ _ - L 1 1., l ,.. l 1 1- l ---- personnel, serving or retired.
