1. Submitted herewith is a summary report on activities during
a temporary duty assignment to

Only the high spots of my trip
are covered in this report. I should be glad to develop specific points
in greater detail.
3. A final conclusion drawn from my trip is that periods of two
to three months temporary duty at a single post are of more value than
short trips I feel that the practice

should be encouraged of having key division and branch erso

This could be done conveniently 25X1
on such occasions as a turn around visit of a field chief to headquarters.
The actual exchange of jobs on a temporary basis would be of value at
both ends, encouraging a mutual understanding of field and headquarters
problems which cannot be developed by correspondence or quick visits.
