SUBJECT: Meeting with Group Hospitalization Officials

a conference this morning with the head of Group Hc-spita ;
zation, and Mn________ of his office. We stated that we vLshed %ro4
Hospitalization or Agency employees but could not ever certify, for
security reasons, that we would meet GHA requirements with respect to
the percentage of employees on the plan. We offered that if they- woiu.:
waive this requirement, we would certify that we would make the -ian
available without discrimination to all of our employees. This yeas
agreeable, leaving us the choice as to whether "all" means "all ari
can have Group Hospitalization for the Agency. We offered to permit
o talk to our employees in groups about the plan.
It was left thatl would work out a
memorandum of agreement which I will then submit to the Director.
