It was very flattering of you to
propose that I address the national Counter Intelli
genes Corps convention in Chicago on August 7th,
and I an most happy to accept. Although the field
of the Central Intelligence Agency is not the same
as the Counter Intelligence Corps, it, of course,
does have a very close relationship to it.
At a later date I hope that you
will give me .any more information as to the exact
time and also ar changes that may occur.
