in the hands of other agencies of the Government rathern tan' the
PSB, and no further action by the PSB Is currently contemplated.

General Smith outlined the requirements of this project and
the B agreed and approved the action contemplated. The Review
Group report on this project was transmitted verbally to General
Smith prim to the meeting and will be submitted in writing early
next week,
It was greed as undesirable that viral Kirk should appear
before the President's Commission 1=migration and Naturalization,
and steps to that end have been taken.
