MR. DULLES:

Mr. Dobbins of Pan American called from New York, to say he
had spoken with you last week about the 707- 321 Maintenance Program
and told you that he would call later in the week regarding setting up a time
for a meeting with Mr. Turnball, Mr. Ortman of Pacific Alaska Division,
Pan American, and the FAA.
Mr. Dobbins would prefer the meeting to be next Thursday or
it would be all right on Wednesday or Friday.

MEMORANDUM FOR: Mr. Dulles
I called Mr. Dobbins back again after our
discussion last night to ask him if, in fact,
it was Allen Dulles he was requesting to make
appointments for him with the Federal AviAtion
Agency. It developed that his secretary had
made a mistake at the time Mr. Dobbins called
your office last Friday. He was actually
attempting to get ahol.d of Allan Dallas of
