I enclose a copy of a self-explanatory letter
which I have just sent to Governor Collins in reply to
his kind letter of Jl y 22.
As I indicated to you by telephone, I expect to
move over to the hotel where the Conference is being
held on. Monday to be affable there at such time as you
may be able to schedule may briefing. I regret that I must
be in Washington on Wednesday, August 5, and have arranged
accommodations to :Leave San Juan at 5ci10 p.m. , on the
evening of August 4,.
