October 27, 1959 For some years it has been my pleasure to send Thanksgiving or Christmas turkeys from the Minneapolis Star and Tribune game farm, "Glendalough," to friends throughout the country. The problem of the delivery of the turkeys has become so increasingly difficult and complicated that, along with a change in the management and operations of the game farm, I have reluctantly concluded to discontinue sending turkeys to anyone not living in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, where deliveries can be made by one of our own trucks. This note is simply to let you know, well in advance, that to my deep regret Glendalough turkeys won't be shipped to my friends in other states this year. With warm regards and best wishes, I am Sincerely, Mr. Allen W. Dulles Central Intelligence Agency Washington, D. C. Approved For Release 2003/03/28 : CIA-RDP80R01731 R000200070014-2
