UNDERTAKEN. NOW THE TIME IS RIPE FOR
SUMMING UP SOME RESULTS OF THE DISCUSSION
OF THE MILITARY ISSUES DURING THE LAST
4 WEEKS, AND THERE SHOULD BE NO MORE
DELAY IN THE DISCUSSION OF THE PROBLEMS
OF A POLITICA.L SETTLEMENT, THE MORE SO
AS DISCUSSION HAS CONFIRMED THAT THESE TWO'
CATEGORIES OF PROBLEMS ARE CLOSELY
LINKED.
