1. On the whole, `4IO responses to the requirement for
evaluations of community performance on FY-75 KIQs have been
comprehensive and in consonance with the guidance and
instructions set forth in Reference A.
2. However, 45 days after assessments of Community
performance were to have been completed, nine of the 65
due from NIOs are still outstanding--four from the NIO/USSR
and EE, three from the NIO/'E and two from the Special
Assistant to the D/DCI/dIO. (Performance assessments on four

assessments of community performance, nor judgments o the
relative contributions of collection methods 'because
