1. The Comptroller has now approved the reprogramming of
FY 1976 manpower authorizations for the DCI Area (Reference A).
These reprogrammings affect the Office of the General Counsel,
the Inspector General, the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity
and the Intelligence Community Staff.
2. Already submitted to you have been the requested Tables
of Organization for the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity,
the Office of General Counsel and the Inspector General. The
one remaining proposal -- for the Intelligence Community Staff --
is attached (Reference B). In order to provide a more realistic-
reflection of the organizations involved and the assignment of
individuals within those organizations, any help which can be
_given to the issuing of ~TO's promptly. ft appreciated.
