SUBJECT: Telephone Conversation with Vice Admiral Hannifin 22 Dec 77
1. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff would like
to arrange a meeting between me and the Chiefs on the 20th of
January at 1400. He will confirm that this date and time holds.
2. The Chiefs would like to talk about the National
Tactical Interface; Compartmentation of Information; Charters
and any problems we may have with the Congress. I told
Admiral Hannifin I'd like to talk about the NITC as well.
