SUBJECT: Conversation with Deputy Secretary of Defense Duncan
7 October 1977
Items discussed:
1. Discussed the two meetings Dr. Brzezinski plans to schedule
for next week on special collection plans.
3. Executive Order: We discussed the proposed wording on the
tasking of NSA. Secretary Duncan thought that the words "two tactical
collection systems" at +hn and of the first sentence were appropriate.

4. I delivered a copy of the list of information we need for
the special project on strategic forces we are giving to the President
next Wednesday. Secretary Duncan indicated he would get his people
on it and have them in touch with Howard Stoertz.
