The third United States Air rare* Program in edest
methods and techniques was completed on g March 1956. Colonel
areydt stated on completion of this Program that in his opinion
Yorce is now cable of taking over approximately 95% of
the instruction and practical work in future courses. He indicated,
that he would appreciate and require the services of at
one Office of Trarlaaisg instructor for Program No. 4 which be-
g -s on Monday. 16 April 1956. The OTR instructor would direct
and coordinate the Program, present certain lectures, and assist in
arranging for guest apsakare on technical subjects,

for a highly placed official of II Through Legislative Counsel,
a visit by members of C+angress has been requesterd. Plane are being
made to accomplish both of these proposed visits in late April.
