1. has been employed by the Office of Scientific
Intelligence as Scientific Advisor to the Assistant Director of
Scientific Intelligence since 2 March 1953. f?ior to Sarah 1953
he was employed by the Office of Scientific intelligence as a
consultant for approximately five years. Tie is resigning from
the Agency close of business 30 November 1953.
2. Since his specialized qualifications may be of consider-
able value during this fiscal year in connection with
it is requested that approval be granted to carry him
on a consul tsnt contract at $30.00 per day while actually employed.
It is anticipated that the maximum amount of service that would be
provided by him during this fiscal year would be approximately
twenty days.
