I was wondering if you had a reprint which you would be
willing to send me of your article "The Soviet Concept of
Legal Institutions" which appeared in the Spring 1956 issue
of Mercer Law Review. As I have been working in this field
for some time, I am sure that your analysis would be of val-
ue to me.
As a former research analyst with NSA, I am afraid that
I do not have articles prepared while at that agency which I
could at present send youl However, you may be interested
in my articles on Soviet law which will be appearing in the
forthcoming issues of Soviet Studies, The American Slavic and
East European Review, and the Journal of the International
Commission of Jurists.
