This memorandum is for information only. 2. 1 talked with Mr. Macomber of State about the coming sessions with Senator Lyndon Johnson and Mr. Kilday's Subcom- mittse on the plane episode. He thought both were desirable but outside of our Subcommittees he felt State would want to resist any further committee hearings on the matter.
