Dear John:
As I mentioned to you the other night at the
White House, we shall be glad to cooperate with
Mr. Bross as he goes about helping you in your
coordinating responsibility referred to in your
memorandum of September 4.
I know that Tom Hughes will cooperate fully
with Mr. Bross and will allow full access by him
and his staff to the information and activities of
the Bureau of Intelligence and Research.
