He had prepared, on the basis of advance information, a opoech on the UN -report. However, apparently for draaxxaatic effect, he announced that he would throw away his previously prepared Address on a different subject And with permission of the Plenary Session would speak on the UN Report on Hungary which had just been released. (2) Delaney spoke for on+e-haa.l.f hour or over and received 4 "tr am endous ovation" when he concluded his r e ks . (3) Previously on June 12, a resolution had been introduced ch;atlem i ag the credentials of the worker, employer and gvverament representatives from Hungary. This resolution came up for vote during the weeks of June 24. The first vote on the credentials of the government c clog&te was 94 for, 3 against, many abstentions. In view of thin narrow veto the kfu ariaz delegation offered to withdraw the employer A4d worker. representatives.
