Approved For Release 2008/12/17: CIA-RDP80B01676R002500010052-9 Official Diary Monday, 10 September 1951 Raised with Messrs. Dulles and Wisner and later discussed - 40 25X1 with the question of whether the PSB recommendation on Psychological Warfare measures to be taken following breakdown of negotiations in Korea was in accord with recent discussions relating to respective roles CIA and military in this field. At my suggestion, agreed to refer the paper to 0/PC for comment Col. Hansen indicated that he had forwarded current draft of NSC 68/1 to Senior NSC Staff (such paper being due today) but had advised such Staff that this draft was in tentative form and would certainly be revised. I indicated to Col. Hansen that Mfr. Jackson and MMIr. Dulles might make very substantial changes in the paper. Discussed briefly with IMLr. Douglass, OCI: 1. Present status of matters before SECOii of USCIB; 25X1 25X1 25X1 2bA1 25X1 2. Recent correspondence with Dish briefly with of Personnel the case of We agreed that should be advised that there was no opening at present in CIA, but that she might well reapply at the expiration of six months. 0 indicated to me the feeling that was under some great anxiety pressure which had led her to present her application unwisely, although she had excellent qualifications for work in the Agency. it? sticA5 Approved For Release 2008/12/17: CIA-RDP80B01676R002500010052-9
