Raised with Messrs. Dulles and Wisner and later discussed

with the question of whether the PSB recommendation on
Psychological Warfare measures to be taken following breakdown of
negotiations in Korea was in accord with recent discussions relating
to respective roles CIA and military in this field. At my
suggestion, agreed to refer the paper to 0/PC for comment
Col. Hansen indicated that he had forwarded current draft
of NSC 68/1 to Senior NSC Staff (such paper being due today) but
had advised such Staff that this draft was in tentative form and would
certainly be revised. I indicated to Col. Hansen that Mfr. Jackson and
MMIr. Dulles might make very substantial changes in the paper.

that there was no opening at present in CIA, but that she might well
reapply at the expiration of six months. 0 indicated to me
the feeling that was under some great anxiety pressure
which had led her to present her application unwisely, although she
had excellent qualifications for work in the Agency.
