Reported that we intended to get in touch with
Col,. White:
a. Reported that Ray Purdy of the Moral Rearmament Com-
mittee had contacted CAT with respect to furnishing transportation
for a group of actors who intended to tour the Middle East, Far
East and North Africa, where they will put on the play "Vanishing
Island", The Director said he had had a brief talk with Mr.
Purdy recently, however, no mention had been made of CAT. In an'
event, the Director said any transportation furnished by CAT should
be done on a strictlycommercial basis.

b, Referred to Operation scheduled for 15, 16, and 17 25X1
June and stated that apparently each Agency is making its own
plans and further indications are that this exercise will be
heavily participated in by other government agencies. It was
suggested that a committee be formed of representatives of DD/k,,
DD/I and DD/S to furnish recommendations as to CIAts participation.
The Director approved.
