Bissell, Dr. Kent and Mr.
Mr. Dulles:
C. Asked that General Counsel furnish him an evaluation
of that portion of the Watkins Report regarding Government
employees passing classified documents to individual Members
of Congress and/or Congressional Committees.
Mr. Amory:
a. Reported he had discussed with Arthur Flemming the
subject of special clearances for the Panels of the Killian
Committee and it had been agreed that Defense would be
responsible for Panels 1 and 2 and CIA would take care of
Panel 3.

Suggested that General Christiansen and any other members
of the Clark Committee who have been cleared, be invited to
attend the Orientation Program scheduled for next week, The
Director approved. In this connection, Mr. Kirkpatrick noted
that the name of the Clark Group had been redesignated as
"Task Force on Intelligence Activities".
