Reported that the survey on intelligence contained in FBI reports would be ready for the Director on 27 April. b. Referred to the Estimate on Guatemala, prepared by ONE, and stated it was an excellent piece of work. He said Mr. Amor had su sated that DD/P indicate this in a memorandum to The Director disapproved. a. Reported he had contacted the Department of Justice respecting any queries they might have had on Goverment employees participating in the pBelievera~ Petition", and stated he had been informed that to date Justice had not been approached on this by any other governmental agencies. b. Reported that would be prosecuted for evadi:g tax on automatic weapons he had imported into the U. S. after he had severed his connections with CIA. Mr. Houston said in his defense, might attempt to draw us into this and received the Directors permission to discuss this matter with the Department of Justice.
