a. Passed to Ambassador Peurifoyts comments
on a certain individual which indicated there are some unusual
circumstances connected with his case, and directed full con-
sideration be given these circumstances in any action taken.
(NOTE: The Director saw Ambassador Peurifoy on Friday, 30 April.)

as a Consultant, and that he was highly impressed with II 25X1
enthusiasm, ability, etc. The Director said we should ma e
good use of his talents. noted he shared the 25X1

to expedite the clearance on this individual.
d. Noted he had completed his review of the Monthly
Reports from the field for March, and stated while he was
familiar with the instruction that these reports should not
contain any action items, it was understandable that such
items would creep in from time to time. For example, he
