Wisner, Wolf, Amory, Kirkpatrick, Colonel White, Mr. Helms, Messrs. Sheldon and a. Noted that a new Presidential Order on security classification was being drafted by the Department of Justice and was presently being; examined by Colonel Edwards and Mr. Houston. After briefly discussing the contents of this Order, the Director said we had until noon today to make any comments and asked those present to express any thoughts they might have to Edwards and Houston. b. Asked Mr. Helms to arrange a briefing for Ambassador Al--,er prior to his departure for Belgium. This briefing will be preceded b-,_ a luncheon in the Director's Dining Room. 25X1 25X1 25X1 d. Noted that the Bull Committee wished a briefing on certain activities at 10:30 a.m., Monday, 22 June, and suggested that either the DCI or D/DCI make this presentation. After some discussion the Director agreed to do this, however, he stated he might not be able to spend as much time at the briefing as required and asked General CabelJ. to accompany him.
