Read a cable from Secretary Acheson to concerning Article b being dropped from the German contractual agreements and briefly discussed his conversation with Secretary Acheson yesterday on this matter. In this connection, T~ir. Wisner noted that he had talked to however, he did not bring him in to see the Director since professed complete ignorance on the Oleak to the press in regard to the above-mentioned article. Mr. Wisner went on to say that i.f we wished to "have at it" with concerning this leak he believed could do a creditable fob.
