1. Mr. Wisner inquired whether the DCI recalled any discussion while
he was on the other side as reported in OSO item 112. The JCI did not. The

4. Mr. Dulles reported that he had received a request from Senator iaycen
for information on British and French activities in Mialaya and Indochina. The
Senator, apparently, is concerned about the lack of publicity bein ;riven these
activities. After some discussion, it was determined that would
be sent to chat with Senator Hayden, giving him unclassified information in
general terms without getting down to details of figures on troops, etc. 2 5X1

agencies and contained citations of eports. It was agreed that such citi-ttions
should not be included in reports disseminated outside the IAC agencies and W.
Becker undertook to carry through on this.

9~ Mr. Wisner called to the attention of the DCI a newspaper column
comparing RFF favorably with VOA and noted that this was the item on which
CIA had given advance notice to State, indicating that it was in no way
instigated by CIA.
10. Mr. Wisner handed to the Director, eporte on Soviet ;far 'la ,e 25X1
Production, which had been awaited for some tune. e Director subsequently
gave these reports to Mr. Becker and directed that Dr. Millikan be requested
as a matter of urgency to make a comparative study between them and the U
intelligence reports on the same point. The DCI desired that he be ,iven the
results of this study at the earliest possible moment.
