After some discussion, the DCI directed that all of reports pertaining to operations in the ,i?ar fast together with those to be submitted byl and Johnston be combined 25X1 and presented in staff study form. a. Noted that the Chiefs of Mission in Europe were holding a conference in March and it might be beneficial to have two representatives of cIA (intelligence and operations) attend this conference. He also notea that, he had spoken to j'lr. Bohlen on this a natter and Bohlen had indicated his approval. Mr. Dulles undertook to discuss this further with Dir. i-la-,.hews.
