After some discussion, Mr. Wisner stated he believed it
would be best to hold such a dinner at a private home and noted he would

e. Stated that the recent NATO decisions marked a major turn and that
he would prepare a draft cable to some of our people asking that they repor,
on Soviet reactions on this matter.
f. Asked for a copy of DCI's reply to Gen. Ridgway and our comments on

in view of their classification they have not been sent owever,
some of the people there have been tipped off to the comments contained
in these reports.
g. Discussed Gen. McClure's request for information concerning
