Briefly discussed the possibility of our using a portion of the hich will be turned back, for our building. Mrr. Wolf noted a his matter had already been given some thought and now was not the proper time to request that this money be authorized for use for our new building; however, he intended to keep this matter under consideration. b. Noted that in the weekly Cable Summary for the President there was a State cable indicating that Pakistan would go to war with India and that he wished to discuss this matter at greater length at the briefing this morning prior to going to the White House. Mr. Wisner undertook to furnish any information his people might have on this matter prior to D/DCI's Presidential briefing. b. Raised the question of Gen. Gruenther paying us a visit while he was here. After some discussion, 11r. Dulles asked hr. Wisner to get in touch with him and request that he give a short briefing to some of our senior officials if at all possible. c.
