a. Noted that the NSC meeting for this week has been cancelled but the !Au
meeting will be held. Items on the agenda include the estimate on Sweden, the
EIC paper on China trade, the biological warfare paper, Taiwan and the possible
release of certain documents pending changes in NSCID #1. Mr.~ asked 25X1
about the status of the latter. Mr. 0 informed him that only the Attorney
General had not yet approved these changes, not for policy reasons but because
the pressure of work had not yet permitted him to get to it; his approval is
expected Thursday.

it is quite possible that IAC agencies and other governments may differ as to
