He will be back next week and the DCI wants Mr. Jackson to see him. The DCI said thati was considering the possibility of a change in paramilitary operations. He thought it might be possible to have a corp of volunteers subsidized by the Military but under our operational command. If this can be worked out, it will be a step in the right direction. Mr. Wolf reported on the call from Senator Hayden in regard to a paper he had received on CIA use of printing facilities'. The DCI will call Senator Hayden and suggest that Mr. Wolf see him. The DCI mentioned that before we go back to Congress on our building, we will have to have floor plans. Mr. Wolf said that these would be prepared.
